LeeAnn is a lover of all things fitness and health, especially yoga and smoothie bowls! She has been practicing yoga for four years, throughout high school and now in college. As LeeAnn's practice grew, she realized she wanted to teach others how amazing yoga is for the body and mind. LeeAnn received her 200 hour YTT at The American Yoga Academy in Summit, N.J. She continues to expand her knowledge through various trainings. LeeAnn teaches All Level Flow and Vigorous/Power Yoga at SunSal.
Taylor took her first yoga class when she was 16 and never looked back. She completed her RYT Training with Honor Yoga in Pennington. Taylor is currently enrolled in Advanced Teacher Training with Radiant Heart Yoga School in Beach Haven, N.J. When Taylor is not teaching yoga, she is teaching middle school Social Studies. Taylor also coaches for Girls On the Run. She enjoys traveling, and she is currently trying to visit every state capital. She has visited 25 so far. Taylor teaches Beginner and All Level Flow Classes at SunSal.
Darla is the Founder of SunSal Yoga. As a busy school administrator, she wanted a studio in her hometown that would offer conveniently scheduled classes around the work day. Darla (RYT-200) completed her YTT with Radiant Heart Yoga School in Beach Haven, N.J., and her Children's Yoga Teacher Training with Flow and Grow Kids' Yoga. She holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Drexel University, and she is nearing her RYT-500 designation through advanced training at Radiant Heart Yoga School.
After dismissing yoga for many years as something for "woo-woo" people, not a serious lawyer like herself, Sandy changed her tune after her first studio class. She has since completed her 200 Hour YTT, and she continues to take classes toward her Advanced Certification. Sandy believes anyone, regardless of age or physical fitness level, can benefit from yoga, and she enjoys making believers out of previous skeptics like herself.
Tanya is graduate of Honor Yoga's 200 hour RYT program and a registered behavior therapist. She is also certified in Family yoga, yoga for children, and Restorative Yoga. Tanya loves encouraging her students to challenge themselves. She enjoys celebrating her talents through song and music, and she especially enjoys connecting with people. Tanya is currently teaching All Level Classes on Sundays.
